feral research: co-present film festival 12, schedule

On June 22, 2013, I inaugurated the first Co-Present Film Festival with my fellow feral researchers. The film festival was conceived as a series of events where a group of us would watch films together, while separated and watching our own copies, while connected technologically via Twitter (for a more public discussion) and a backchannel chat (for a more private one). The films were chosen to fit the general theme of Prisons Real and Imagined, and I took this framing seriously but generously. We convened approximately once a month for the first 10 months, festival 11 happened in September 2014, and I’ve decided to restart the event – though likely a few times a year, rather than monthly – with the posting of this schedule for Co-Present Film Festival 12. Since the Feral Research site is currently under renovation, I’ll post this one here; once we’re back up and running there, I’ll switch back to posting there for upcoming events. On Sunday, February 22, we will watch according to the following schedule:

8am MST / 10am EST / 3pm GMT / 4pm CET / 7pm GST
Fritz Lang’s M

Trailer:

approx. 940am MST / 1140am EST / 440 GMT / 540 CET / 840 GST
